Shipping costs are calculated automatically from the delivery city selected at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery across Morocco
Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination city and carrier availability.
Shipping rates
Your shipping fee is displayed at checkout and updates automatically when you select your city.

We use the email address and phone number on your order to share delivery updates and tracking details when available.
Returns
A simple return process
If your order is not right for you, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Our team will review your request and send you the return instructions.
Return condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from the order.
Refunds and exchanges
Returns are inspected on arrival. Approved refunds are processed using the agreed payment method. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
