Scope and acceptance

By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase. If you do not accept these terms, please do not place an order.

Products and availability

We aim to present product descriptions, sizing, colours and images accurately. Screen settings and production variations may cause minor differences. All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH / MAD) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout and are calculated according to the selected city. If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Orders

An order is submitted when checkout is completed. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for preparation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock issues, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect customer information or an obvious error.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. Where a third-party payment provider is used, its own secure processing and terms may also apply.

Delivery

We deliver within Morocco. The customer is responsible for providing a complete address, city, email and reachable phone number. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. See our Delivery & Returns page for current details.

Returns and withdrawal

Subject to applicable legal exclusions and our return conditions, a return request may be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with their original tags and packaging. Return delivery is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. The rights provided by Moroccan Consumer Protection Law No. 31-08 remain applicable.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotions apply for the period and products stated. Unless expressly indicated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion affected by misuse or a technical error.

Intellectual property

The Brendtorm name, identity, graphics, photographs, product designs, text and website content are protected. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, modified or used commercially without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

Liability

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, website interruptions or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern amicably. If no solution is reached, the competent Moroccan courts may be contacted in accordance with applicable rules.

Who receives information

Information may be shared only as needed with authorised staff, hosting and technical providers, payment providers, delivery carriers, professional advisers or public authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to complete the relevant purpose and meet legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution obligations. Retention periods may differ according to the type of record.

Security

Reasonable organisational and technical measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service is completely risk-free, so customers should also protect their passwords and devices.

Your rights

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08, you may request access to or correction of personal information concerning you and, for legitimate reasons, object to its processing. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may request information needed to verify identity before responding.

Service providers outside Morocco

If a technical service requires information to be hosted or processed outside Morocco, applicable safeguards and any required procedures under Moroccan data-protection rules will be considered.

Children

The store is not intended to collect personal information knowingly from children who cannot legally place an order without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Essential cookies

These support core functions such as the cart, checkout, language preference, security and session management. The store may not work correctly without them.

Preference and measurement cookies

Where enabled, these may remember choices or help us understand page performance and store usage. Browser settings can be used to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some features.
